(3) The HR reviews your documents then schedules you for an interview.

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

a. ESL/IELTS teaching experience (online or not): ONE year (If you do NOT HAVE any EXPERIENCE yet, you may still qualify for our TRAINEE PROGRAM

b. willing to learn or improve/adjust J  his/her teaching style to suit the standards of our clients and our academy

c. certificate(s) of employment

d. a bachelor’s degree (any course), a Bachelor’s Degree of Education (primary or secondary) is an advantage

e. patient, creative, and flexible

f.  willing to teach students of different levels and ages

g. ESL/TESL/IELTS certificate (If you do NOT HAVE one, you may still qualify for our TRAINEE PROGRAM.)

h. willing to work full-time
